From "left to right" on the "top line":
- "Square box" - expand and contract the window size for typing in your text. You can have a big window if you have a big monitor, or a smaller window for limited size.
- "Magnifying glass" - preview your text in different sized windows.
- "Printer" - printing out a copy of what you have written (then you have a copy).
- "Binoculars" - search for text in long articles.
- "W" for cleaning and pasting text from MS Word.
- "T" for cleaning up most any text.
- " ‹– –› " undo and redo text and formatting changes.
- "A" - foreground text color.
- "Paint can" - background text color.
- "Tine" - creating bookmarks in your text (people can jump to text in a long document).
- "Chain" - easily add hyper links without learning HTML code.

- "<>" - view and edit the source content you have created.
- "Number" and "Bullet" formatting - highlight a section and click the button.
- "Indent" and "Outdent" - push the text over and back.
- "Table" - 2 buttons for creating and editing tables with exact positioning (advanced).
- "Omega Sign" - choose from 122 special characters with point and click insertion.
- "–" insert horizontal line.
- "Eraser" - remove formatting.
From "Left to right" on the "Second line":
- "Styles and Formatting" - advanced text, list and box formatting.
- "Paragraph, Font Name and Size" - font sizing.
- "B, I , U and U" - bold, italic, underline and strike through.
- "Left, center, right and justified" - text alignment.
- "X" - delete all text and formatting in the editor window (quick remove and start over).
*We suggest using the power of this editor sparingly at first,
putting in the text with a few embellishments.
